This is our Constitution, which outlines the outlines our organization's structure and answers big-picture questions.

The Articles of Incorporation was unanimously approved by the Foundation's five incorporators on Aug. 26, 2026, and were signed by the board on Sept. 12, 2026. The document was approved by the State of Wisconsin Sept. 24, 2026.

The Foundation will become effective Nov. 1, 2026.

These are our operational rules, which govern our day-to-day operations and policies for how we handle our business.

Our bylaws are currently in the drafting stage. We expect to adopt these bylaws in early November, after we've officially incorporated as a Wisconsin nonstock corporation.
