A Second Ride around the Course
After a successful first go-around, the group of volunteers came together for the Second-Annual Liquid Johnny's Golf Outing on Sept. 6, 2025, when 60 golfers gathered again at Western Lakes Golf Club in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
Year No. 2 was bigger and better than ever. While the number of golfers remained the same, the group drew from lessons learned during the first iteration.
A silent auction transitioned to a raffle-based fundraiser. Through word-of-mouth, the organization caught the attention of more volunteers and more sponsors. More people equals more fun!
The after-party was expended, with a food truck and live music rocking the Liquid Johnny's parking lot.
Our second year netted more than $5,400 for the Children's Wisconsin Foundation, with funding directed toward the Tracheostomy and Ventilator Program, the NICU, and the Complex Care Program.
