Who We Are

Our Board of Directors consists of the foundation's five founding members. All five have a wide variety of experience, but each have one thing in common — a desire to give back!

Under the foundation's bylaws, the Board of Directors must consist of no fewer than three members, nor more than seven members. While the Board currently consists of five members, the Board may opt to expand at any given time.

Each member of the Board of Directors also serves as an officer of the foundation. Officers are nominated by the Board and subject to a vote of the Board at the Board's first meeting of the fiscal year.

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body for all big-picture decisions regarding the foundation, while officers are charged with executing the foundation's day-to-day operations.

The foundation places a strong emphasis on volunteerism. Even our Board of Directors operates this foundation on a volunteer, at-will basis, without compensation.
